This is my add posted up elsewhere, take a look and if your a nice organ then I may consider and org discount. If you're a bit of a numpty then add a few hundred on to the price shown ;-)
Ok as many of you know we're expecting mini owenski in March and I'm in the process of selling off everything I own and maybe even some vital organs in a bid to ensure mini owenski has what he/she needs.
This is my:
K6 on the 07 plate
16600 genuine miles (increasing approx 100miles per week
It got a full service History
Including valve clearances done at 15600miles
6 Months Tax
6 Months MOT (will happily top this up to 12 if its seals a sale).
A little history about the bike:
I’m the 4rd Keeper:
Never ridden in the winter months (and its shows) no corrosion etc slight pitting/stone chips to the forks but not as bad as many I’ve seen. Swing arm and rear shock show no signs of wear/corrosion etc.
I’ve changed the oil, oil filter and spark plugs every 3months regardless of miles.
5000miles or so of the miles are mine and in that time its had 4 filters, 4 sets of plugs and passed through 4 oil changes.
The last service was done at the 15600mile mark when I had the valve clearances done, and at 16500 it has had a full brake service inc, new pads and seals, new fluids and even a disc set put on the front.
Mods:
K3 GSXR 750 front callipers and adaptor brackets (awesome)
Braided front lines with double banjo bolt at the lever.
Bar end weights
GSXR mirror indys
Flush mount crystal side repeaters (wired in to work with the indy mirrors)
Acumin Cat 1 alarm (Suzuki approved and fitted)
R6 Quick action throttle
Throttle Position sensor adjusted
Genuine Suzuki Fairing Lowers
Crash bungs
Engine bolt kit,
Fuel Cap bolt kit
Beowolf titainium end can and slip on.
Tail Tidy (inc np light)
Rear crystal indys
Reduced number plate (not so bad that its illegal but not so massive that it looks dumb (legal MOT plate inc reflector included).
Clear brake light (it’s the type which has a row of indicator LEDS also but I never bothered to wire this in).

Standard screen fitted following the incident with a power saw falling on the bike last month, only one bit of lasting damage which is photographed further down (very minor).
Apologies for the shakey focus, they’re taken with the iPhone and I’ve never quite gotten the hang of getting good pics from it but best viewed in person.

GSXR K3 750 callipers and mounting bracket you can see the forks are in good condition.

Beowulf titainium can and slip on, looks mint against the blue of the bike.

Miles are now at 16600 that will steadily rise at around 100miles a s this is my commuter.
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8070&d=1286888309
Guess how many times I had to take this shot to time it so that the lights were on…
Indys and side repeater shown lighting up in hazard mode.
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8071&d=1286888341
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8072&d=1286888369
Diablo strada tyres, very slick in the middle (by design) and as I recon about 1000miles of tred left.
Now the goodies and the baddies.
Goodies:
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8073&d=1286888392
Seat cowl and infil bracket to replace removed grab rail. (colour coded)
Exhaust hanger bracket to replace pillion pegs (carried the misses on the back on recently so its set up for pillion currently)
Top box (Yorkshire style) ie it’s a top box bolted through a spare pillion seat to avoid the use of any ugly brackets or mounting plates.
Baddies:
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8074&d=1286888517
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8076&d=1286888563
The scuffs from where the first owner dropped it, I bought the bike thinking I’d repair
These bits of damage (even have the genuine paint to correct it) but its all so minor I kinda forgot about it, I've tried to get the worst angle on these pics as in most postions they're almost invisible.
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8075&d=1286888540
This is damage remaining from the power saw falling onto the bike, it did smash off a mirror (replaced) and the screen (replaced).
http://forums.sv650.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=8077&d=1286888587
Hairline crach in the left hand fairing lower, not sure how this occured but happened to notice is one day.
Anyway that’s the pics and the life story of the bike lol, I’ve been as honest as can be.
Ok so its not showroom aesthetically but mechinically its mint, very well looked after, any knock or rattle has always resulted in a full enquiry (and usually a panic'd call to YC "Chris its making a noise and I dont like it... etc"
Tend to keep checking nut bolts etc until its resolved (hence the most recent aquisition of the brake disc following the crush washers failing on original pair. Other than the stuff in the 4 images its absolutely mint condition.
Which nicely brings me onto the price, I’ve had a look around and compeered to other bikes of the same age I recon I’d take £2500 as it is including the top box seat cowl and goodies
If you’re insurance covers it then your more than welcome to test ride it.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers
Matt
