Over the next few weeks we will be asking people to decide what they want, where and when for the Org's amazing rideout 2011.

We will ask for proposals which we will then to put org opinion in the form of a poll.
Dates will also be put to a poll in due course.

if you are thinking of putting a proposal together please bear in mind a few things.
Clearly a good venue and ride route are essential, but what extras, if any, might be invloved? We will need at least a rough idea of the cost as well. If your chosen venue is limited in available dates please also put this into your proposal.

The rest is up to you. :):D:eek::)

Dont care where it is, I'll be there ;)

My preferences are basic, and I'm sure will be covered by anyone putting forward a proposal.

Decent toilet facilities, food + fuel nearby, dry/warm gathering area, sauna, pool, massage...

Ralph: I'm assuming your Christmas won't be for a select group of 200 ;)

I assume you have not organised an AR previously. The earlier the better. What takes the most time is finding the right location and matching it with the dates. The earlier the date and location has been sorted, makes the rest of the organisation so much simpler for those doing it. :)

Bear and Hong. Now that is the mismatch of the year :)

If anyone sees big feet sticking out of Hongs tent, dont disturb them. Yorkshire air does strange things to some lol.
