Bought a set of Oxtar TCS about a life time ago and I've used them daily since, they're comfy as feck, light weight and suitbale for both on and off road. But now after nearly 5 years of use they've pretty much had it, and they need replacing.

I want similar and a bonus would be waterproof!
Nothings better than customer reviews so... recommend away.

Sidi Vertigo Mega Gore-tex Black - by far the best pair of boots I have ever worn. Waterproof, warm and plenty of adjustment. They don't take long to bed in and once they have they're extremely soft.

TCX Competizione GTX, warm, waterproof.

They squeak like feck though (if you're bothered)

Got them as 'starter' boots but they've been comfy so not bothered to change them.

I got a pair of Oxtars a few months back off ebay. Paid £50 for em, there nowt flash but are goretex so 100% waterproof, and warm. For dry rides i use to have Sidi Vertigos which i can fully recommend as when i fell off trails bike i didn't realise it was on my foot till i tried to move it!! I now have alpinestars tech R (i think not the top of the range but the one below that and they are a lot comfier than the sidi's but they don't half squeek
After seeing below i have the SMX plus boots!!

Ive got 2 pairs of these (one pair black one pair white):-

Alpinestars smx plus.

Really comfy, plenty of movement but not too much, plenty of airflow through them but I've not had them long enough to say how they last.

I know I wouldnt have bought them at the full price of £250 though.

Ive also got these:-

I bought these to replace the smx 5's that fell apart after 5k.
Ive done nearly 8k in them and are still going strong.
Goretex lined so can get a little warm as the airflow is reduced but still ok in the height (yeah right) of summer.
Light and comfy and easy to walk in them (much easier than the A*).
The stitching came away on the velcro but sent them back and there was no problems, just re-stitched them and sent them back.
Great boot for £180.

As theres a few on here that enjoy dirt too...

Ive got a pair of these in red :-

Forma Raptor.

Really nice boots these, built well, heavy enough to protect but not too heavy to hinder gear changes, not waterproof but really built to last.
Had mine for about 6 years now and are just starting to go on the right arch where I used to kick the 2 stroke I had.
These must have done 30 hare and hounds events, 5 thousand miles of greenlaning (easily) several play days at the quarry as well as motocross track days.
I'll be replacing these like for like.

If you're tempted by a different brand I'd try some on matt, I think I have quite wide feet - oxtar/tcx were the only ones I could get my feet into (and damn comfy). I couldn't even get my feet into a size 13 (shoesize) alpine star

Really comfy but obviously not racy .....

Racy waterproof I would recommend SIDI Black Rain EVO

I've also got a pair of Oxtar Goretex sports boots (I forget which model they are). I've had them 3 years and love them to bits. Lightweight and comfy, and they broke in nicely rather quickly. I like the fact they are leather not Lorica and also that they have proper Goretex, not some half useless imitation.

My main pair of boots are a pair of Daytona Roadstar GTX. Again these are Goretex lined and more of a touring boot. Extremely comfortable and very long lasting. I recently sent them back to the factory to be rebuilt and they came back like new - not bad for a 10 year old pair of boots that have done well over 100,000 miles on my feet and spent weeks being used as my all day footwear. The refurb bill was about 180 quid, but it was worth every penny, because they are now good for another 10 years and it saved me spending 340 on a brand new pair - I call that good economics.

Third choice of boots are a pair of Alpinestars Tech 3 MX boots that I used to wear mainly when playing off-road and riding in London. I haven't worn them much recently because I find them awkward to wear on the Versys as my legs are too short and these boots don't let me flex my ankles enough, so I have trouble getting my feet down safely.

+1, but I haven't had them three years and they are a touring boot, not a sports boot. But still, Oxtar Goretex gets a thumbs up from me.
