Im sat in the railway station reading Ride magazine. The journo Simon Toyne has gone to Brno to watch the motogp. Going to Brno with one dark visor, no waterproofs and tyres that wont make the trip, is called journalistic license? OK, maybe th tyres actualy had 4mm left on them, and the weather may be exaggerated, but for the visor andthe waterproofs, he's a numpty.

After meeting a number of journalists I trust very little of what I read in magazines these days, but enjoy them for their "entertainment" value, think of them as Top Gear rather than a peer reviewed scientific journal.

But if he went in textiles on a BMW boxer tourer via motorways and got a bit damp through his gore tex with a minor sat nav error ending up 50m from his hotel it would be dull reading.
