Identify this part for me please

What s the thingy called that is located in the end of the bars what the bar ends screw into, one is missing on my bike.

On the other side it looks like a solid tube shaped metal block with a threaded hole in the middle & one half is recessed to the other.

I cant for the life in me think what they are called or where to buy them from. Please help.

Its for 95 fireblade rr-2 with standard bars

Its called weight b but its the part you are after, Honda like being awkward and i have to put up with it daily :D

Right I've checked that link (thankyou) it appears that the ring on the end before the rubber is the bit I need but it looks like it comes as a really long part.

The rest of that piece is still inside my handle bar.

Any ideas on how to bodge / make the bar end fit?

You can get universal fit ones from the likes of Oxford, and the evil Motrax (spits).
