it can up on my phone... i pressed cancel and ignored it! my phone probably just spazzing out

It means that the forum is running the Tapatalk plugin (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=156804), so you can use the Tapatalk iPhone app (http://www.tapatalk.com/) (also available for Android and BlackBerry) to view the forum in a format better suited to smaller displays.
