just trying to adjust the reserve on my bike (lower) but someone has put a bid in at £900... I've clicked revise but the boxes with prices & reserve are all greyed out so I can't change them...

is there anything I can do?

Have to cancel and relist, or ask someone to put a rival bid in at your reserve price. PM me i will.

ebay says you can, their help pages are very good!

shame about the rest of their website, managed to crack the grey boxes from around the 'reserve price' box - I've put in £1400 reserve and clicked save but it's telling me the reserve needs to be above the current high bid - which appears to be £910? Piece of crap eGay!

If the highest bidder doesn't meet the reserve but you decide you are happy to let it go for that then contact them after the end of the auction and offer them a cash sale.

If they accept you will see the bike without having to pay any ebay fees.

If they don't want to buy or don't get back to you re-list it, I think as long as you re-list at a lower reserve you wont have to pay listing fees again (this used to be the case, may have changed)
