Don't normally like the attitude of some of the Westminster protests but this one is a shining example of ghandi-esque civil disobedience

From what I can see from here (http://www.westminster.gov.uk/services/transportandstreets/parking/parkingtickets/cctv/smartcar/)these cars are just like lazy traffic wardens, or is is more sinister than that?
