As for Wheelies being carless driving. A) its riding, b) i think wheelies are skillful and hardly careless. Im sure he made sure that his path was clear :lol:

Im with Viney on this one, how could they prove beyond reasonable doubt that he was the the rider on that day of the picture if no plate wasnt photographed or recorded.
Circumstancial evidence, id argue there could be another sv1000 with a rider with same lid etc, its upto to them to prove it was you.

And doing a wheelie is far from careless. You have to concentrate pretty hard do do a good one.

I posted that link a couple of weeks ago in another thread about wheelies.

Wheelies ARE big and they ARE clever, but not when they are done on a residential street during school holidays whilst speeding.

The guy was being a pr!ck, even more so for deliberately doing it through speed cameras.
