Cheers, the other one is still brand new, no tight left handers at Rockingham.

Nice one.

I might have a go at getting mine down next w/e at Sillystone. I'm no slouch on the track, just never really try to get it down.

There's 3 after each other in the middle of the circuit ;)

Rockingham is awesome for right knee downs though... We were there today, I though I recognised your bike.

I wouldn't exactly call them tight, more like fast sweepers.

What bike were you riding G? And which group were you in?

Rockingham is one of the few circuits where left knee down is a regular thing. The hairpin is a good place for right knee down but here are far more opportunities for lefts.

Ok well I stand corrected. Will try harder next time :p

My wife loves them, said it was the first time she was full lean, knee on the deck and WOT. :-)

Congrats on breaking the 'knee cherry', just don't do as I did and fall off trying to get your knee down at *every* corner[1]. :-)

[1] I did manage it round cadwell but on the one corner I hadn't managed (the right hander of the gooseneck) I went for it, got my knee down but in doing so cocked my line up and then fell off on the left hander.

Wanna borrow mine so it looks like I can ride ;0)

Sure, it costs me a fortune in sliders. ;-)

I should stick the old ones on ebay, I've heard you can get decent money for worn out ones. :-)

Nice one :)
Tis a wierd thing when it 1st touches down. I shat myself with the noise & promptly picked the bike up lol.

The noise wasn't what I expected, it was pretty loud.

I had been trying it all day and have spent months trying it on the road and reading tips on how to do it, watching youtube videos etc. Sad I know but it was one of my goals in life lol.

I knew I had the positioning right, just needed to get more lean.

And to everyone who says just becuase you have your knee down doesn't mean you are going fast. Well you are right. I was still one of the slowest ones out there.

Typically there was no photographer there today so I cant join the kneedown avatar club :(
