So I am not having a good day today, almost glad it is over and just got home. Something not right about my car as I approached it?

Great some sod has obviously reversed into the N/S front wing. £300X/S

Who ever you are, I hope your ba11s fester and refuse to drop off, your wife leaves you for your sister and takes you to the cleaners for your house/car and everything of value. The tax man discovers you owe him £20,000 and your team get relegated.

You are the most ignorant type of git there is. Why do you not just mug me and take the money out of my wallet. As well as the immediate X/S I am going to loose my NCB entitlement, So I might as well pay in full for your blindness and not bother claiming.

sorry to hear that mate, did you loose the company car in the end?

Have another beer to twelve and sing yourself to sleep.

You have my complete sympathy (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=150576), tim. And that of the guy across the road from me, I was riding up to my house a few weeks ago and someone had just totalled his (parked) van right outside his front door, and driven off.

Would it not be cheaper in the long run to pay for the repair instead of involving the insurers?

Just INCASE the beating heart of your car got to them and they reported the incident to the plod as you wern't there.
If they didnt, lets hope you find out who it was so you can waterboard them

call the police who will match the paint left and any tyre marks, and will have the perpetrators in custody within one hour, well they do on the telly. :D

Sorry to hear about your pop day. Defo report it to old bill, there may be a witness that had come in and reported it or the bar stool themselves.

And I agree I hope their vital genitals go many and smell. I believe in what goes around comes around..... they will have their day x x

Thats a real p1sser and is one reason I prefer to have a car that is at least ten years old.

I've had the same thing happen to me twice, one car was written off and the police were useless, made no effort to find the blind driver. It really isn't worth owning anything nice... Unless you have a garage but even then you've got to be wary and almost expect car park dinks whenever you park up. Another reason why bikes are better! :D

Depends on the damage. My car was about £1500 to fix as the steering got knackered too (FWD), so the increased premiums for the next few years will still work out less than paying it myself. For bodywork, might be worth doing it yourself.

The cops just shrug and say there's no hope of finding out who did it.

+1. I think my next car will be a big old 4x4 for this very reason.

Had this happen to me too, woke up on New Years Day to find drivers door stoved in, so I agree with your view on dealing with the perp.

Especially after your other post.

Not a good day :(
