Done mine today. Mothballing the Daytona over the winter, so Custard is coming out of retirement.
She started 3rd hit of the button today after nearly 4 weeks sat in the shed :)

Don't think that's much to do with binding, more the pins were stuck and only one pad is hitting the disc properly. The pad that's lost its material has gone rusty behind the friction material and that's what's caused it to delaminte. I've seen it happen on a few sliding calipers. If the pistons were sticky too then you'd have had binding, but that's more a result of sticky pins.

The front wheel wouldnt move Lozzo, the right hand caliper had to be "eased" off using a mallet, but they are both nice & smooth now, just waiting for my new pads to arrive.

Can't afford one Dan, all these bloody bikes keep swallowing my money lol.
If I could put mine in a dishwasher & they come out as Brembos, then I think I need one though lol.
It does a cracking job though

if it were the case of put tokico's in a brembo's come out id try a stick the whole bike in there and hope a rsv4 came out or something lol

the dishwasher does a good job for brakes but not for plates lol

PS ours came fitted in the house wouldn't have one if it wasn't already there

PPS could try the washing machine
