A question for the IT bods?
I used to be with BT(phone and broadband)until I could stand their service no longer and moved everything to TalkTalk about ten months ago.At the time I was worried I would have to change my Email address because it ended in @btinternet.com but was told I could keep it exactly as is despite going to another provider.All went well for ten months until today I am unable to log into my Email account at all.I call TalkTalk and they go through everything but cant explain what has happened and suggest I call BT who I havnt dealt with for months.Bitter experience tells me that will be a pointless excercise so can anyone tell me what has gone wrong and will I just have to start a new Email account with a new name?
