That made me chuckle
All i got to say is that someone really, really, really, needs to get out more.
Or in the words of Jack Sparrow:
"You need to get a girl mate"

Very clever, but somebody has FAR too much time on their hands!! And definitely doesn't have a woman in the house.

It's what the curtains might end up unveiling...
(bet keithd goes back to watch the vid now :-P)
haha thats fantastic, although, i do beleive that walking to the curtains would use less energy than setting all that up, and also, of course he doesnt have a woman in the house, he would've told her to open the curtains

Do you think any woman would put up with the mess and bits of cardboard gaffer taped all over the house?
It must take hours to set it all up too. You'd just have setup up the last piece by the alarm clock, and you go downstairs to find it's all been moved, knocked over, tidied up and put away somewhere that you'll never find it!

How an engineer opens the curtains...
An engineer would probably have found a simpler solution :D
Students, however...

Yep, he would get up, walk over in the most efficient way, close the curtains and walk back, sit down, job done, then....
Put his time sheet in for 5 times the actual time it took, go for parts maybe, write a report that takes longer than the actual job etc etc :p
