arhhrggg!! I know its well annoying lol I have fire fox set to open previous tabs too so when i used CTRL ALT n DEL to end the process every time I started up firefox it started all over again !!! lol had to go into the config of firefox and tell it to forget previous tabs and open with home page instead !!!! lol

It's easy....have your cursor ready in the top right to click close when it goes up there, then just hit enter really really quickly and it's gone in no time :-)

Worst bit was the volume was up on works machine :( reacted quickly and yanked the 3.5mm jack out the back of the monitor.
