I just watched a blue tit come and land on the balcony before going to the fat balls and as it moved, it slipped off the side....almost wet myself laughing.

I've watched a squirrel be caught by the wind mid jump from branch to branch and be blown 15-20ft through the air to the ground.

Stig once almost fell over through imbalance after having his toe amputated and once he ran after a ball and went to go under the fence as he always did in another field....only in this field there was chicken wire and we forgot. Me and Dan were treated to a collie at full speed collide with an invisible fence. We heard a slight high pitched squeak and to look at it was like he just disappeared...lol.

Anyone else got funny animal mishap stories? :-)

I find them bloody hilarious. That dog one was good, I thought he was just having a scratch at first until he ran into the wall... pure class

One of the all time greats is the baby panda sneezing... search for it on youtube and you will wet yourself laughing.

I love the animals do the craziest things programmes, and the animal clips on You've been framed. Most of the clips are crap staged things but the animals just can't be staged and are brilliant.

I have not had a toe amputated, I did not almost fall over, I don't go chasing balls in fields, I don't hit invisable fences and I don't do high pitched squeaking.

Oh, you mean Stig the mutt.

My mum and dad have a range of bird feeders, and a range of wildlife trying to pilfer food from them.

There was a pair of wood pigeons landing underneath one of the big feeders and eating the dropped seed. Next doors cat lines himself up under a bush and when they're backs are turned launches his killer attack. The wood pigeons see him too late and go for vertical take-off... ... ... ...straight into the birdfeeder. The one pigeon drops back to the ground dazed, and the cat is so completely confused by what just happened he skids to a halt, looks up and down, then shuffles off to the corner for a 'no-one saw that did they' washing session.

Then there was the squirrels who ganged up and stole a half coconut shell filled with lard and seeds. Actually had to go out and chase them to get that back.
