I had to hire a 60 litre stock pot to boil this buggar in, but it was definitely worth it :-)

Glaze I use is port, redcurrant jelly, brown sugar, orange peel and star anise :-)

Would have been better going at it with a chainsaw I reckon, you sure it's dead? ;)

Wifey wants the proportions of your glaze recipe, typical, all I see is lovely meat to eat and she's interested in it's make-up :rolleyes:
