Tried to find the pics from snowboarding in Chamonix, had a really cool pic looking down a steep slope with fresh powder awaiting. You could see my board in the bottom of the shot, was sat down debating whether to go for it or not!
Ah well, heres 1 from Paris instead. The obligatory shot from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. My gf was saying how lovely it all looked, I was thinking how great it'd be to wheelie down the length of the Champs Elysees :)
Taken on my iPhone and given a 70s look using the app Camerabag - if thats cheating I have the original

Not dissimilar to bluefishman's, this.
This is my shot from the top of La Grande Motte at 3,500m, looking towards the ski resort of Tignes, with Val d'Isere in the distance:

Guys
I didn’t take this picture but it fits the spec beautifully and seeing as they are about to be cut up for scrap, I thought I’d post it for nostalgia. Please don’t include in the voting and Feel free to move if you want (http://forums.sv650.org/showpost.php?p=2433244&postcount=126). It’s a Nimrod MRA4. This is ( was ) the first production aircraft. One of five that have already flown but all have to be cut up by next April because we can’t afford the capability.

Fantastic pic, Ratty:D
We will regret all this, I'm sure.
Cool photo, but since it does not qualify I've reposted it in the Photo comp chat thread..
Please view the photo comp rules...
hope you don't mind me removing your posts.

I'm very scared of heights but when Sky Sports brought in the big 'cherry picker' hoist to use as a camera platform I overcame my fears enough to go up to full extension and take some photos of my workplace. My knees were like jelly mind you!
