Get yourself 'BarcodeScanner' then have a browse through these sites:

Also if you have HTC Sync V3 or above (couldn't tell you about the previous version because I never tried this with the previous version) you can download the .apk files from above sites or using the barcode scanner you can scan the little QR code on the screen, this will give you a link to follow to the Android Market place for the download straight to the phone.

There's always one Apple fanboy :rolleyes: but I do agree there are a lot more good Iphone apps but Android is catching up
