Whos done any??

Personally, I haven't done anything, nor do I intend to. My house ain't even got any decorations up, inside or out. Why? I can't be bothered. It's all a big charade to make you spend money you don't have, and it's mainly for small kids.....

Also too because right now I can't afford anything, am struggling to pay any sort of bill, I'm not making enough in wages to cover costs and my car insurance is due in a couple of days, and my house heating oil tank has just had to be refilled. 300 gallons of kerosine for the boiler. £850:smt103:smt103:smt103 I almost had a heart attack when I saw the bill.

So christmas for me has been officially cancelled, and I'll have to work treble shifts over the christmas week doing agency HGV driving off just to break even.... So bah bloody humbug..... and you can stick christmas where the sun doesn't shine:smt071:smt071:smt092:smt092

Yes. you're not having it good are you.

Not helped by being ripped off by your fuel merchant. Seems like all the heating oil has gone up in price by 20%?

No one knows why either

'Cos the country is in an "icy grip" and the heating companies are cashing in while they can. Plus there is a shortage of heating oil or rather a shortage of deliveries being made because of the wintry conditions. Something along those lines anyway. So be grateful you've got your oil mate, some people are having to do without!

to end the de-rail...

I've got the house decorated, just inside - I think outside stuff looks tacky. I quite like traditional decorations, and the tree has to be real.

I've done a fair bit of shopping, the small person is obviously the main benefactor at xmas. She only has about 7 or 8 parcels to open - one of them however is a DSi - so not cheap. I've just to finish the stocking fillers now - that will teach me for buying her such a big stocking!

Tree just up and put a fairly large led rope light around the dado rail, it covers 2 and a half walls, is well cool. :smt039
