Yes, they have been around along time and make nice kit. I would use them if i ever wanted billet calipers.
We had Pretech calipers on Danny's race 2004 model ZX10R. They work very well, but I did find the seals can fail prematurely and will weep. We always carried a full spare set of seals when we went racing just in case. I replaced them twice trackside over 4 years and they didn't get that much use really. Other than that, the quality is excellent.

You'd be bonkers to put them on standard SV forks, absolute insanity.
You want to improve brakes for way less than that, put some GSXR forks on, go for later radials and if you really want your eyes to be splattered through the chin vents of your lid then you can fit a brembo MC and some ZX10R 4-pad calipers.
ZX10R 4-pad calipers.
What years that? 2005 - 06?
The 05-06 ZX6R has the pad per piston calipers and i find them a right pita to fit the pads
Pretech calipers for the 2004 ZX10R take YZF750 pads.
