This is the first year in nearly 10 years that I have Christmas day off.

Yep, yesterday, today and tomorrow, 06:00 to 18:15. Not too bad though as the airfield is on standby today and tomorrow so I am on call at home.
A thought goes out to those even less fortunate though. At Northolt we cater for compassionate repatriations and unfortunately there is one today.
