View Full Version : Insomnia rules - anyone out there
Currently away from home, and in a bed that doesn't have a wonderful supporting memory foam mattress - wide awake, and have been for a couple of hours.
My old, decrepit body misses my memory foam mattress...
In the same bed tomorrow night. Should I aid sleep with eleventeen pints?

Can you believe it?? Looks loke 2011s picking up where 2010 left off and there'll be many more sleepless nights to come.

You'll get to sleep okay but you'll be just as tired in the morning. Go for it.

What? No true insomniac's here?
I work 12+ hours a day and sleep 3 to 5 hours a night (usually 4 hrs.) and sleep 6 hours one night over the weekend.
If I sleep as much as 8 hours I feel like carp the entire next day and usually get a backache from lying in bed that long.
