It is a strange time for a bike show.....I doubt it's gonna be all that though is it? any details on what and who's there? Any bargains to be had etc?
I'm waiting for a better forecast , currently some forecasts are for rain over the weekend so I'm unsure...it's about 150 miles round trip from Norwich and for this time of year it might not be all that nice.
Any excuse for a ride out but only if it's dry in these temps really...we shall see....I need heated grips/inner gloves!

...SV rider club...
Not part of this forum then? Looking now...
edit: anyone here a member too? The forum looks a bit slow going...I am guessing the club membership is centered in and around banditmania, Lincoln...?

Well I wont be going to that show again, what a waste of £7...the Bandit & SV riders club wasn't even there today either...
The highlight for me was getting to sit on a Aprilia Tuono and trying it on for size, that's how great it was...oh and the bacon roll weren't bad

I was hoping to go, but alas I was busy. Was a decent riding day on Sunday.

Was a decent riding day on Sunday.
Had a great ride, not many other bikers about though
The only downside to the ride was the mud laden back roads I decided to take on the way there (I thought the recent rain would have cleared it) and the nasty wind gusts....it was strange riding sideways for miles and miles on the bike to keep it going straight...I found going a bit quicker helped, the gyroscopic force and all that
I want to fit my tail tidy today but it's bloody raining! I should have stayed at home yesterday and done it...I need a garage :(

No worries, I managed to give the bike exercise in places so it was worth it in a way :)

Atleast they were there, I take it you're being rather sarcastic too...
In some ways it would be great if there was some sort of national representation of this forum as well as regional (EAR in our case) where we could visit these places and make our presence felt, although going to that show would have been a bit of a let down...

Good wholesome grub there then? Looks like you bypassed the A17 for Spalding then?
