I've been using these for about 6 months and they're a good, all-round glove that I'd rate at two season and, at £35-40, an excellent budget buy despite the fact they don't have a visor wipe. They're still waterproof and they've only suffered from one minor glitch, about 50mm of the soft lining has parted company from the edge of the cuff on one glove.
Made from black, soft, stretchy leather with plenty of panelling to facilitate dexterity and feel the gloves have a waterproof membrane, an inner made from light fleece and 70mm long cuff fastened with wide Velcro straps. Knuckle protection is minimal with small inserts.
They are easy to use, the inner stays put when removing the glove unless you have damp/sweaty hands. I think the sizing is a bit on the mean side - I usually have L size but it was the XL that fitted (my finger span is 210mm, my palm is 100m wide, full hand length 195mm).
Blood supply determines whether you're a hot or cold hands person so this is a personal assessment but I found my hands stayed comfortable on all but the hottest days (about 27-8 deg C plus) and on winter commutes of 20 miles down to about 5-6 deg C. A silk liner extends this down another couple of degrees.
UPDATE - I've been using them for eighteen months, almost every day, and they're still going strong.
