Its actually only a loner, they are not using it for real.
Its a ice breaker apparently for shows etc to get attention and highlight their message they wanna get across.
It was on local mews last week.

Just on the phone to my friend oop norf and mentioned this.
She said she had seen some "sporty 2 seater in battenburg" pull over a car today on the way out of brum on her way back to Northwich.

I heard the inspector in charge of the whole thing on the news say it wasnt going to be operational, just a highlighting tool.

they were saying "we want to get the message across that speed kills" surely they could show us that by not using excess speed when they are late for lunch, when they cant wait in that traffic so just pop the blues and 2's on,
