In the summer its usually wed night that's the busiest as the alton meet is on so most people heading back that way stop at loomies, sat and sundays is usually heaving aswell

Yup I remember the Off road L plate - nice trainers & jogging bottoms - must have been freezing if nothing else.

My old Fireblade was parked up near the entrance of the car park (why is it not a motorbike park?) amongst a load of BWMs - no wonder a couple of guys asked if we were IAM when we came in

I wondered what that big group of people in high vis was

One off the guys that I was with fractured his foot by not wearing boots
I guess he has learnt the hard way lol

I'm hoping to be coming up with another yellow curvy and an old VFR 400 this Sunday

So come and have a word if anyone up there

Beaverboy10

Me and possibly a couple of mates will be there from about 12 onwards,

Depends on how busy it is up there,
if there is barely anyone up there I imagine it will be a cup of tea then carry on to Alton or wickham for a ride

Ok, might be able to sort out getting down there for around 12. Didnt think much happened around Alton on sundays, had only heard of the meet on a wednesday night.

i just fancied checking out the road to alton, ive heard its quite a nice piece of national speed limit roads.

we probs wont be down there till 1 or 2, realisticaslly thinking about it, setting off to get there for 12 o clock for 4 17 year olds is quite early lol

It's an alright bit of road, but terrible for traffic usually.

I'll be at Loomies for a bit tomorrow (probably half 1 ish) and will have a look for some SVs (I'm on GSX-R).

I'm going to head out now, looks gorgeous outside.

I'm on a red SV, in black/silver leathers. I'll look out for anyone I recognise :)

Nice to meet you Taz, Metalhead (and your mate).

Bloody freezing on the way home though, hands have only just thawed!

Likewise.

Roads weren't too bad today. Didn't like all that dust going down the hill in that wooded bit.

Likewise. Was good to put more faces to the names.
You say it was cold......twas more like summer in the sahara in comparison to the trip back down south.

I only saw one fully faired blue sv, but didn't see anyone next to it to speak to

Hope to meet some people over time when it starts to warm up a bit
