For sale: Halfords Advanced professional pro 150pce socket set

Just seeing if anyone on the org would be interested before I put it on ebay.

Looking at what they're going for there (£100+ incl p+p), I'm happy to do the org £85 incl p+p or £75 if you wana come collect from London Bridge.

I bought this less than 1 year ago, and have probably not even used 140 of the pieces if not more.

Highly recommended tool set and if anything breaks Halfords just sort you out with a new bit.

I've had my Halfords pro set for about 15 years or so. Used it lots, great quality everything is still in great shape. These sets are a bargain.

ill be honest i could easily break that set :) but it would be purely down to mis-use of tools, an a-j and scaffold bar works for most stubborn nuts and bolts :)

As for the halfords set very good buy for anyone that needsa good quality tool kit ( my wife wont let me have any more tools otherwise id buy it myself)

yep rich your bezza took a whole 3 mins to feck my new set up, but no bars were used just his brut force and lots of ignorance :)

And very smart it is too, pleasure doing business mate. I needed a new ratchet, a new combi ring spanner set, a new set of allen keys, and a new set of mini sockets. Those alone would have been more that 75 quid in Halfords, so to replace all my shi+ty draper sockets that have a habit of rounding nuts & bolts off too is a big bonus. I'm happy like a kid with a new toy :D

Sorry to hijack this thread..........but I'm selling off some new Halfords Pro stuff. I've just bought a new set like this and have taken some bits out to boost my old Halfords pro set.

I'm just going to list the lots on ebay unless someone on here wants any odd bits.

set only has 6-8 and 10mm hex sockects......I'll be keeping the 8 and 10mm, my set had 4, 5 and 6mm...so not much use to you then.

I'll be selling off most of the sockets, drives and spanners.
