I thought i would start a little thread to show ya’ll what i do in my spare time. Those of us who like a good restoration will enjoy. For a good 12 months now my brother and i have been buying lawnmowers! The idea is buy the really really crappy one, old, rotten, dead or alive we get them. When we get the we strip them right down, get the engine running and decide weather its worth the refurb treatment or more use as spares.
heres a few we've got at the moment

have the engine running now, and it has a diff on the axle which is shot so we're going to weld it on one side up. 2 tyres and some tlc should see it in good order again.

Careful with such extreme performance, it might take some getting used to the extra speed after riding a pointy ;)

its headscratchin how you came up with it its credit to you both really for seeing a neash in the market and going for it. It wasnt meant to offend its just not something I'd have ever even considered considering considering about.

its something to do, and mower forums are a bit scarce.
