I've just bought myself the TomTom Urban Rider Pro and was wondering about mounting it onto the SV?
I've still got the standard clip-ons and wouldn't want to change them so does anybody have any ideas on how I could mount it?
It won't come until tomorrow so I don't know if the RAM mount it comes with would fit onto the clip-ons as there isn't exactly a lot of space.
Cheers, Chandler.

you can get mounts that come off the headstock nut or one of those brackets the mount on the filler cap surround, have a look on ebay.

Get one of these, great simple product. Give Rob a ring and you'll probrably get it the next day.
Your TomTom will come with a mount that will fit straight onto this. You'll probably find the TomTom ram mount difficult to fit on the clip on. This is a piece of cake to fit

+1 on that. Don't waste your time/money with anything other than a Telefrizer. With a bit of work, you can get the OE mount to work, but it is a big compromise and it will break and/or shake it self loose at some point (trust me, I got through 3 of them in under 30K miles). It is the best way of mounting a RAM mount to a pointy SV650s in the bar/headstock region. RAM mounts themselves of course being the best mounts in the world. :)
If you're in the habit of using largish tank bag, go for the longer RAM-B-201-B arm. For a small tank bag/without, I'd suggest the RAM-B-201-A arm to minimise vibes. You can switch between the two without tools in under 30 seconds and they're only a tenner, so might be worth buying both and seeing which suits you or alternating between the two as you need to.
Only caveat I'd give is some of the later years have no hole in the headstock bolt to fit it to (although you could mod them). If memory serves, the K3 one has a hole (like the K4) and will be fine out of the box.
