Need someone who can speak French better than me (very little).
Don't need a lot translating, just need to make sure I get one sentence right.
Cheers

Send us the sentence...? Are there no reliable translators out there on the web?

Easy, I can even guess what you need translating:
Deux pintes de bière et d'un sambuca pour la femme.
or do you need to ask for your favorite track on a French version of iTunes:
La chute à vos pieds - maison Pleine.
(Google is the answer).

I tried to get one of my french speaking colleagues to translate, "Cheese eating surrender monkeys". But he wouldn't collaborate. :)

That's better than my attempt I think, but you could use "bouffeurs de fromage" for better effect :D
I'll ask the wife when she gets home and see what reaction I get.

Tu dormir dans la maison de chien?
Non, je choisi le garage avec mes motos :p
(my conjugation is poor, I know)
So is mine, and my masculine/feminine, and my everything else! My French is good enough to be understood in conversation, or to use IM, not good enough to be written or spoken formally.

Tu n'avez pas un choisi! Maintenant, vas-y!
I probably know more than I think, but it's all cobwebbed up and so needs a good stirring to get it to come out. Even then it's barely 'survival' French.
