Great choice of motorcycle :).
Those pics remind me that mine could really do with a wash!
Nice. Looks in great condition. How many miles?
I think it has 29k on it, its 2000 Sv650s
I passed my test on friday just got to get it insured MOT'd, Taxed and restricted now!
Restriction thing is ******** a rediculous amount of money!!

240, 400, 800, 1200 in that order. Followed by a nice rub down with AUTOSOL on FINE wire wool then another polish with it on a clean cloth.;)

Hehe like your thinking ;) i once worked on my carbs in the front room infront of the telly but oops stunk the house out with petrol fumes, but it was better than my usual work space heh

LOL I remember that pic Geodude, from when you first joined here!
Anyway, Harman, don't tell yer mum, but the best place to dry out calipers after giving them a good scrub.....is in her oven, middle shelf, baking tray, low heat ;)

oh dear, I see Dizzy's claimed another poor soul for the polishysparkle club....it's ok now Harman while you're not able to ride the bike on the road yet but once you get your pass cert, stop the polishing and use the time more wisely i.e. riding the thing :-D
Unless of course you've already passed in which case enough already! :-D Good luck with the next MOT.

I seem to recall a certain MissYC being rather pleased at her shiny bike when she'd lovingly polished it after her crash. Polishing is good, it hides all the manky muck:p

i don't remember that, i was more pleased the t-cut had managed to get most of the scratches out, thinking I was selling it on then lol.
and hiding all the manky muck? surely if you're good enough at what you're doing there is no muck to be hidden? :-P
it does need a good clean up after the last 2 day shouldnt of gone out in the rain :) im going to pollish the muck haha (Joke)
