yuk, mildew on me leathers

so just been into the garage to do a bit of bike maintenance and happened to glance at my leathers hanging on the wall.

There is a scaly mildew on parts of the leathers.

So brought them in and cleaned it off with leather wipes. What else do I need to do as well as moving them to a warmer/drier climate?

Give them some leather food, keeps them supple and stops the leather cracking

Cows stand out in the rain all day and you never see them with mildew do you?

I find wearing my leathers prevents mildew, HTH Tim :-P
