Bought last year intending to put it on my bike, but just don't have the time.

Advert said it was a K8/9 I think and had covered 5K miles if I remember right, but I can't be sure. For the condition I think that would be about right. Condition is good, pictures show this quite well.

For this fact, the cost will be £88 posted, similiar ones are £100+ on ebay.

Think it will!

It's rated for the 'larger' rider I think, suited me fine and I am 90-100kg (varies)

The shock is from a 08'/09' bike 100%.

Yup. I've got one fitted to mine. Needs a little chopping of the battery box, but makes one hell of a difference :)
Do I get 10% commission Sally? ;) lol
Oh, forgot to add that you will need the longer bottom bolt from Kawasaki.

YC says the spring on this is lighter than an 04-05 ZX10R spring so it wouldnt be the best :(

Yeah I did forget to mention that, I think its £6 or something, can't remember exactly! You can get them from you're local Kawasaki dealer!
