Friday - out tonight watching local band
Sat - 70 mile push bike ride (well at least 100kms) on my new steed if the sun is shining :D
Sun - Sort out red VFR (swap over Staintunes from silver one) and such for putting it back on the road.

Friday - Working then food shopping then bed exhausted!
Saturday - Being visited by the friend who got me into bikes way back in the mists of time, who I have not seen for ten years. Then work


SUNDAY: Aunty Jayne's Sunday School. An afternoon of extreme metal, featuring bands like Dissection, Mayhem and Cannibal Corpse.... Only on Total Biker FM (www.totalbikerfm.com).

Then bed before work on Monday! Another hard weekend...

fri - quiet night in with the bird watching a film
sat - tescos and then off to watch eng v fra with mates. will be ostensibly cheering on the frenchies but secretly cheering on the nigels (i'm a scot so can't be seen to cheer on the ingerlish), then take the bird out to dinner and onto a mate's b/day drinks
sun - off to buy wedding rings:smt060 and then to watch Paul at the cinema

Friday - watch embarrsing bodies, early night.

Saturday - clean my car after having 3 big technician in it for 600 miles, then head to Leeds for shopping and food

Sunday - 100% biking as the weather looks good

Tomorrow - flushing out the radiator on the digger then watching the rugby in the pub followed by a stag do in Cardiff.

Sunday - mostly going to be in bed nursing a major hangover and preparing for a nightshift. Oh the joy.

Sunday - Going to Exeter to visit my gran and receive some roast dinner, slip into a food coma wake up and drive home.

Sat - trip to the recycling facility with a load of stuff I chopped down in the garden - it was the nighbour's overhanging holly hedge -, finish off my accounts, tidy up this tip of a house
Sun - get the bike ready for its 1st MoT, I have to swap the fckin can over cos they're being dcks
