Just got a set of kent cams in my race bike, I had the cam swap setup before hand so now I have two sets of cams for sale, one injected set and one carby set. Can put up pics if requested.

The injection cams are a good upgrade for the carby engine and swapping the exhaust cams on an injected bike for the intakes on a carby is a very popular upgrade.

£80 a set posted.

What sort of gains do you get putting injected cams in a carby?

Any lumpiness low down?

Wouldn't be sure to be honest, check SV rider.com and twfracing.com the cam swaps are more popular in the USA. I put the carby intakes on my exhaust side of my injected engine, word is a gain of up to 3bhp to be had, I did it between seasons with other work so couldn't say exactly.

I've heard its more like 7bhp on a curvy and 2hp if you do an eqivalent on a pointy.

Since I swapped mine its definetly noticeable.

With my gearing at Anglesea I could not rev out in top at the back straight, now it does just going into the braking zone.

BTW its a curvy.

Once I'm back from Almeria I'll get it dyno'd, before the cams it was 66.12bhp at wheel.
