Pink Pussy cat/ Purple Pussy cat -Preston

Crap post, but have to ask. I was catching up earlier with an old mate and for a 4 month period a good few years ago we worked in Preston and Burnley. We were arguing about a night club we think we remember visting reularly at that time, we remembered it because for once we got lucky a bit (a lot) there.

tbh we couldn't even remember if it was during late 80's or early 90's. It was something like Pink Pussy cat, an upstairs night club above a shopping centre?

I thought Preston he thought Burnley. Any ideas from the Preston possie? (I have £50 riding on this.)

The cat opens its claws
Lots more openings in the offing. The first is Ross McKenzie’s Purple Pussycat Lounge on Back Bridge Street under Mojo, complete with the purple neon lady kicking up a storm on the window. A cosy cocktail bar with an air of tempered filth where you can get cocktails, shots, champagne, you name it clubsters - yes even beers.
