Some of you guys may have already seen this via Facebook, but Dissuade (MJ to those in the know) is doing a run for charity.
Her dad sadly passed away a few weeks ago, having suffered from dementia for quite some time. She's now doing a sponsored run to raise money for an Alzheimer's charity.
