nearly as good as my 3/4 of a million views i got when i tried to sell genuine bottled whale water(same type used to try and save the whale). I did it when that whale swap up the Thames and died. I got about about 100,000 messages via ebay in 1 day!

messages such as

"you are a joke i want to meet you and blacken your eyes you creep"

"Glad to see you are donating the money to a worthwhile charity but i waould re-consider your advert. Especially the part about ,my back pocket fund, as it is off putting to bidders."

"you sir are a complete and utter basted. we all no this is not real whale wateringcan water. thats why its not getting any bid, and your mum is fat"

"so sad a person to try and cash in, who in right mind would buy a bottle of water, u all jump on band wagon"

All the stuff sold for £9000 in the end!!. Thats £450 he made for himself, not bad for 10 mins work and a picture of a bear.

10 minutes work? It would have taken him hours and hours to reply to the questions, there's 2000 more to go and he's set up a website to answer them on.

Good on him for being witty. I hope someon picks him up as a script writer and he makes a fortune.

Fair play to the chap for making it a charity listing after it had gone viral.
I also spotted that the percentage of final fee to charity went up from 90% to 95%, so  from me

Wasn't trying to be negative about the bloke who made the listing. He's raised over 8 grand for charity and made a fair few people laugh so fair play to the guy.
