Been too many times but always enjoyed it, never left in profit though! Boo hoo.
Never been on Ladies day either Double boo hoo.

I fancy Ladies Day -got a fantastic hat to showcase.
is it worth paying the extra for the grandstand admission

Racing at Ascot is always expensive and always packed on festival events.
Grandstand is always (slightly) more civilised.
I'd say if you're going to do it, do it in style, go for it and if if you're lucky on the gee gees then it won't matter. Push the boat out gal!
