Kiddy fiddler or not, I had tickets to see the Legend at the 02 and he died.

I'm still peeved to this day. Mammoth music that is still awesome! Close, but no cigar.

Sad times

He died ages ago. Have you harboured all that pain for all this time? And not told anyone?

Thulfi, you need counselling:lol:

+1 ;)

Dats quite a long time in my book

But by passing away in the fashion he did, he's achieved the legend status he wanted.

Sad in the manner he did die, but if you're messing about with powerful drugs then this can happen. Talented yes, blessed with any common sense, I doubt it

The guy had plastic surgery to go from black to white. He has no idea about common sense.

I'm glad you agree with me on this, even though you're a fan

I dont count 2 years as ages....

but then 2009 still seems too close for comfort for me, so perhaps thats it.

Ignoring the ignorent fools.

I feel your pain. I had tickets for the 3rd week.

1st week got cancellend.
2nd week got cancelled.

Then one thursday night I saw the news, and it ruined my day.

My other half got those fancy gift things they offered in exchange, but I got my money back. The fact the two weeks previous got cancelled, which meant I was in line for the first weeks performance. Absolutly gutting.

I wondered who would go for the 'souvenir tickets' instead of the money back. Now Ive heard of at least one;). How much would they go up realistically?

I saw him in Glasgow on the Dangerous tour :p

My regret was never seeing Queen live.

I dont know, I dont think she'll try to sell them tbh. Would rather keep them. Not really into trying to make a qucik buck through someones death :(

Her younger brother also opted for the souvenir tickets, as did a couple of others I know. In fact, im the only one who got his money back from those I know who were going.
