New SV sport / seat cowell included?

When buying a new sv sport, is the seat cowell included as well as the soft seat? I took one for a ride yesterday and acertained that the latter is included but forgot to ask about the cowell, when asking someone else they say you have to buy this seperately ?

yep should come free if they say not, just go to another dealer
