morning guys,
would any of you have any idea of a simpler way to access the front carb slide?
i have restrictor slides to fit, the rear one was simple, but the front one is too close to the head for anything to fit in to unscrew it with some muscle power.
my dad suggested just freeing the carbs from the engine and wobbling them around which gives some space,
but just looking for some potential simpler easy ideas from SV familiar people :)
thanks

Hi, I have got to do this too. If you go to the sv650.org (this site) home page and look under "FAQs and How To" you will find instructions and pictures on How to de-restrict a MK1 Sv650 . (http://www.sv650.org/sv_faq.htm#How_to_de-restrict_a_Mk1_SV_) that may be of some help to you.
