After tinkering with Rodney recently and a newbie on the Gixerboyz forum asking about nice K1's for sale I decided to tempt fate and put him up for sale. Sold it the same day for the asking price - which was higher than I wanted cos I thought I would get knocked down!!! Chuffed :D

So have been shopping and found ......

Signed for it today. K9 2010 with only 500 miles on it, 30 of which I did today on the test ride. I've never had anything from new and this is probably as close as it will come. Sooooooooooo happy :smt048

Hello peeps, yeah its Guy at Crescents, Verwood. He drives a hard bargain but, also, yes its the ex-demo so its all good. Got it for a good price and the money for my K1 paid a fair chunk of it.

Not gonna tinker with it initially apart from screen and R&G's then a quick suspension set up at Road & Race then its all about the riding.

Insurance is proving tricky at the moment. Best quote is actually Suzuki Insurance everyone else wants £500+

Is it still Express that does the Suzuki insurance? I can never beat them when shopping around for insurance either. Excellent prices for those of us in our prime; still youthful, but gained some wisdom, bit of disposable income, and so on. They don't like the young, dangerous, inexperienced, whipper-snappers in their 20's though, too much of a liability ;)
