I am to be a grandad(ish)

My 21 yr old middle daughter (actually ex-nearly-step-daughter) is 12 weeks pregnant.

I am really quite excited :D

Nice one. According to my dad it's better than being a parent - no responsibility for how they turn out. :) He totally spoils my daughter and she can basically do whatever she likes. We then get to deal with the fallout later.

I don't remember him having this laissez-faire attitude when I was a kid. :rolleyes:
