I use vistaprint for mine too.
I've never had any problems with them and the quality is good too.

I used Vista for my sons cards, whilst they were good for the price they are a damm pain in the **** ,once they have your email address.
I normally use my local printer for my own. The card stock he uses seems better than vista
+1 for the local printer
I spoke to a free-lance DJ once and he got his done by a local printers, they were cheeper than vista and imo better quality.
remember vista are only good for the stock designs of their own, the minute you change it you pay for it

Just had that scene from American physco pop into my head "Look at that subtle off-white colouring, the tasteful thickness of it. Oh my God, it even has a watermark "

+1 on the local printers.
or...
I gave a load of business-card stock that I got really cheap from Lidl's years ago and access to a Colour Laser Printer.
Send me the artwork and I can see what I can do :p
Or we have a good relationship with out printers at work, can probably get them done at the low rates (still waiting to find out how low) that we get our ones for the office for.
250 = 25 sheets = no hassle to do at all.
Reminds me, I need to do another batch for myself...
