Me and MetalHead19 have decided the weather is so lovely and would like to go for a blast in it. Having spent today working on the bike I can safely say I'm itching to be back on the seat despite being out on her yesterday.

Intentions are simple and the current route (though cnan be changed at anytime) looks as follows

CLICKY HERE FOR THE MAP (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF&msa=0&msid=206786252296775120042.0004a05a430cadad9f683)

I know it says sunday but thats wrong ok :D Meeting was/is TwoBridges Hotel in the middle of Dartmoor at 9.30/10 heading to exeter the long way intending to be around there at Lunchtime and heading out towards Winkliegh and then bomeranging back to Two Bridges at some time. There is the possiblity that we will take the long way from Exeter to Winkliegh going over Exmoor too. Though this cannot be confirmed as of yet. See how the day goes :)

I'd also like to point out the fact that I am not responsible for anything that happens on this rideout, you attend at your own risk and are accountable on anything that happens to yourself only.

Yeah, should be a laugh and a nice ride in the sun. (even if it is abit short notice ;) )

haha, sounds very stern. Probably not really necessary to point that out, but eh, roll on tomorrow :D

Its just me covering the bases as of THIS (http://southwestbikers.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=90621) last thing I want is blame if you come off and if I come off I don't want you blamed either its all a load of whoha everyone knows that a biker rides at his own pace regardless of the pack

Yer see you tomorrow well in around 11 hours :) Hoping the weather stays this good.

Cheers for a good ride. The bugs were certainly out in force today. I think to say that the route extended a little might be abit of an understatement :p

I know right, I'll do the actual route on G Maps just so you can comparison at some point I was shattered though, came in ate and sat there on the sofa. I literally only just got up to go upstairs I reckon riding out to that bit extra would have killed me. I just looked at my visor and cleaned it just then and it was solid with bugs! Shame the only two pictures I have is just of my bike at top of Porlock or with Carpet Right in the background :P ... I'll post the actual route and Our Carpet Right Picture tomorrow :')

Thats mental, had no idea we went that far along the north coast. I did roughly 255 miles yesterday (including from mine to where we met) Was an epic ride. Slightly overcooked a hump back bridge tho just after we split....which was fun :D

206 I think mine was reading as a total though thats not including me riding to the Two Bridges however. I think I know what bridge it would've been, the road I left you on you'd have had fun trying to keep up as I know it like the back of my hand. Like on the A377 and such. Though you really didn't care about loose Gravel on the road you nutter! Here's the picture from our lunch break at the classy place known to all as McDonalds. Should've parked nearer you so the Top of Porlock hill one had yours in too. I'm goign to bring my slightly better camera next ride out purely as the iPhones camera doesn't do anything justice!

Eh, the gravel was in the middle of the road, managed to find a clear path through it all :D
Yeah, Porlock was fantastic, great roads with a great view, couldnt really ask for more! Cant wait to get up there again.

Will do! Was annoyed that I missed it last year.
The road running through Porlock is epic!

I'm going to try my hardest to keep it free. They were some epic roads! it seems to be about 60% of the route of the GP and I know that Crediton to Tiverton road and its Epic in a Car, haven't done it on a bike yet
