My local garage will fit them to the rim for £5 per tyre.

If you're a fast rider don't get these, 1,500 miles and my back tyres not looking too clever

I seem to go through supposedly touring types in about 2000 miles.

My CB250RS did too, until I found out just how far out of line and buckled the rear wheel was. Next tyre lasted about 12K once I'd swopped the wheel for a spare I had.

Pilot Sports are NOT touring tyres.

could be worse, if its 1200 mile on the road, thats 1 hard day on the track.
Dunlop D209's are best one 80 miles on the track and shredded
Toot and Chris did a rear tyre in each on the track at Croft in one day.
That's about 40 miles including warm up laps! :)
Been around for a long time those tyres. I'm sure I had some on my gixer in 2002. They were rubbish when cold too.
