I went to Hein Gerick today and a size 60 RST jacket (biggest in the shop) was way to small, looking at the sizing charts it would appear that they don't really make stuff for people who are 6ft 2"

Can anyone recommend a decent brand of leathers that fit tall people?

Have you been to race leathers in Darwen?

My experience is that anything made in italy seems to be 2 sizes smaller than British sizes , despite what the label says . I`ve had a hard time finding leathers to suit my frame . The main area of contention for me is I can get my legs in and then when I go to lift the leathers over my shoulders they stop too short (One piece) . I ended up wearing Textiles from Rukka which proved to be great for the kind of riding I do anyway , but the point I am getting at is that you need to aim for a manufacturer that is Northern European . I have seen big leathers on some truly massive people so they are out there but never seem to have abrand on them . One maker that I do know that does larger sized stuff is Wolf , but you may have to look on eBay or somewhere for some of their older suits from a couple of years ago . Some made to measure stuff isn`t as expensive as you think , are Crowtree still going ?

Look at Held and Halvarssons kit, they make it for larger sized and taller people

Aye , Halvarssons also have a sub compnay called Lindstrands as well , their gear is good without being as lairy in design as some of the Halvarssons stuff

I went to race leathers found a very nice jacket that fit well, however pants are the killer I can't get any that give the enougth room to bend/sit. Waist are fine and legs but the crotch is too tight

I'm 6ft 1 and found an off the peg Furigan race 1 piece to fit me pretty much perfectly. There's a tiny bit too much play round the wrists, but not bad at all. I'll check the sizes tonight if you're interested.

Hideout - not cheap but they make to measure or can adjust off the peg. My friend is 6'5" and his wife is 6'1" and they both have one piece suits from there that look great.

I'm the opposite - small. I have a Hideout jacket that accommodates my short body and narrow shoulders but still has room for my bosom as I found most leathers didn't.

And Jambo has a pair of their trousers to fit him as he has very long (but also very skinny) legs.

I have similar problems being 6'5". Although girth isn't a problem its the length.99.9% of the jackets I tried, the arms finished halfway up my forearms! Yesterday I went to bikers world in Coleshill. I git a set of Rev'it leathers that fit. Well chuffed. Not cheap but worth it for the fit, and they seem decent quality.

Slightly O/T but this seems to be the trend, same thing for normal jeans... just about fine to stand in but as soon as you sit down your boys get crushed. I ended up having to buy a waist size too big (so they just fall off without a belt) to have enough space dahn there.

I know you just got some leathers, but just to share my findings.
I have a joe rocket jacket I bought as part of a two piece set, and I had to get just over 2" taken off the sleeves as they went down wayyyyy too low. Perhaps in future bare them in mind?:study:

I can only see 2 size labels, 54 and 44. I presume that's euro size 54, u.s. 44.

I am giving up on leather pants and armoured jeans, without getting made to measure I will never get a decent fitting pair, I thing I am going to get a leather jacket and wear some textile pants
