I think those pics of claire were taken on the friday when they met up to ride to the ARTNW, so she was allowed to have used her straighteners then.

There were no straighteners seen at all on saturday or today.

And Claire - I echo everyone else, you're looking great. :)

Wow I`m actually filling up here... thank you so much everyone for the lovely compliments, they are certainly appreciated and it makes the hard work all worth it. Bibio i`ve lost a couple of stone but still have a bit more to go and you guys have just given me the motivation and determination to carry on and reach my goal... huge thank you to you all x

lmao @ the straightener debate!!! I can honestly say that no straighteners went near my hair after washing it on the Thursday..... there were no electric sockets anyway!! but Fenjer is right and all the pics I posted were taken on the Friday. I`m dreading the pics from later that afternoon and the night times as I can say with a degree of certainty that alcohol was involved and any resulting photo`s will be less than complimentary :pale:

Just to clarify I don't have piles LOL.

The air seat and gel seat combo was awesome. Not a single bit or ar5e pain on the way home. Don't worry, I had plenty of P155 take for it. I can live with it though as my SV is now comfy.

Yes I was going downhill rapidly, and about to cry at the thought of 140 miles of motorway home. Stupidly I thought guzzling water would help, but it just made me want to be sick and pee loads.

So thats an order, AR or else.....its not as far as Wem, so you'll only need half the padding, then I might forgive you for riding an ugly pointy thing;)

That photo was taken on the first afternoon when I'd blow dried and smoothed it down that morning so it only got worse from then on with the helmet hair, wind and sleeping in a tent.

I should have chewed the guy rope off the tent as it would have stopped me tripping over it every 5 minutes, even in daylight.

Yeah - I was stopped in the middle of nowhere for ages waiting on a bike appearing behind me, and when none did I turned back thinking there had been an accident.

I felt bad as I was one of the last following you guys....

But I had no idea by that time if you'd still be marking junctions, and I wasnt about to get lost in Welsh Wales!
